I upgraded from Studio 2021 Freelance Plus to Studio 2024 Freelance (version 18.0.0.1013). Installation OK. But when I click on the link of the Trados Studio Cloud invitation or try log in to the cloud I get the message «You do not have sufficient permissions to acess this acount» How can I fix this?

Hello Ana,
Thank you for your answer, but it didn't help. I don't have/subscribe/know Trados Live Team. Do I have to pay for another service to have access to the cloud - this is not explained when upgrading to Trados 2024.
