Message «You do not have sufficient permissions to acess this acount» trying to log in to Cloud account

I upgraded from Studio 2021 Freelance Plus to Studio 2024 Freelance (version 18.0.0.1013). Installation OK. But when I click on the link of the Trados Studio Cloud invitation or try log in to the cloud I get the message «You do not have sufficient permissions to acess this acount» How can I fix this?
