I have a perpetual license but the software warns expiration (I had this same issue 6 months ago!)

Hello. 
 
 [I have left a message on an old thread of mine, but it remains unread. I need solutions so I am opening a new one.] 
 I am having an annoying issue, exactly as it happened 6 months ago. I tried to open the program, but an activation window popped up. I entered the license, but it was rejected: "No licenses are currently available for the specified activation code. Open connection settings?" My license appears as "in use" on my RWS account. 
 
 I am saving the screenshot because it is just the same as what I posted in the past. Please check the old thread . 
 
 Last time, it took many days to recover my access. I hope the process is faster now. 
 
 Can you solve this problem, please? I NEED to use it ASAP.
