I have upgraded to Trados 2024, before with 2021 I had 2 licenses to use (PC and laptop). Now I only have one available and I try to deactivate the licenses in the laptop for 2021 and I cannot do it because I get an error message.
I still need to use 2 licenses. Can you please help? thanks
Sorry, I could not find any Professional version in your account, only Freelance. Are you using a different account?

yes, Freelance but with trados 2021 I could use the license in my pc and my laptop. Now I try to deactivate the license in Trados 2021 but I cannot. I get an error message saying there is an error conection and so I can only use Trados 2024 in one device and not in 2 like with 2021. Any idea?
in other words, i activated Trados 2024 in my PC but I cannot do the same in my lapto as I did with Trados 2021. How can i activate 2024 in both devices? thanks a lot
In May, you purchased an upgrade from Trados Studio 2021 Freelance Plus to Trados Studio 2022 Freelance. Consequently, you were offered a free upgrade to Trados 2024 Freelance. Freelance has only one activation, not two, like Freelance Plus.

oops then it was my mistake. Can I upgrade from 2024 Freelance to 2024 Freelance plus so that i can have 2 activations?
