Cannot deactivate a Studio 2022 licence on a PC where it erroneously shows as "expired"

Question

I activated Studio 2022 (17.2.11.19134) on my laptop on June 16, 2024. It was working four days ago. Now it starts wit h the message "Licence expired" (My license has no expiry date). 
 I tried to deactivate that licence offline. When I click on "Confirm Offline Deactivation", I get the following message: " An error has occurred with your offline-deactivation. If you continue to have problems, please Please log a support request ." 
 I use Windows 10.
