You chose to pay by bank transfer, so you should have received an invoice with our bank data. We do not require your bank data in this case. Did you actually make the payment using the bank data from the invoice? oos.sdl.com/.../orderdetails.aspx

yes, I chose to pay by bank transfer and I thought the amount will be automatically removed from my bank account what was not the case.

today I bought the OpenAI subscription and have encountered a problem. When I try to establish a connection with ChatGPT 4.0 using the API key, it does not work. I tried to test the connection as required, but I get the 404 error (not found).

Do you maybe know how to fix the problem and is Trodos Copilot maybe not available for certain countries like Bosnia and Herzegovina?
