yesterday I ordered Trados Studio 2024 Freelance and got invoice for that. But there is still no the conformation from my bank that the payment was successful. And I still have no the license. Could you please check and help me to resolve problem, so I can have my license soon.

I understand. That means that my order was okay and will get the license at least in 7 days? I ask this because I was wandering that during the order process I was not asked for my bank details. I suppose the reason for that was that you have them saved on my account and I do not need to enter them by every order? If my last order is okay, I can wait until the completion of the payment in your system. For me is important that my order was okay and I will get the license in some days. And if everything is okay, I would order one more Trados Studio 2024 for my son before the end of September:

yes, I chose to pay by bank transfer and I thought the amount will be automatically removed from my bank account what was not the case.
Regarding to you answer I should go to my bank account and do the payment using the bank details from your bank?

today I bought the OpenAI subscription and have encountered a problem. When I try to establish a connection with ChatGPT 4.0 using the API key, it does not work. I tried to test the connection as required, but I get the 404 error (not found).
Do you maybe know how to fix the problem and is Trodos Copilot maybe not available for certain countries like Bosnia and Herzegovina?
