Hi Elisa,
Even though I have a 2021 licence, it is not allowing me to upgrade it - it shows no available upgrades on my account and when I tried to upgrade to 2024, I received a message saying I don't have a licence to upgrade.
Please make sure you are selecting Trados 2021 Freelance. If the problem persists, please contact trados[at]rws.com and my colleagues will place the order for you.
