I had problem activating my Trados 2021 online and offline on my new laptop.
I had a technical help session this morning (case 00867864, ref:_00D30NkM._500VmEkL4b:ref) - the issue seems to be due to the name of my laptop.
It seem to work but after the session I rename the Laptop (probably a mistake) and I am now back to square 1 the license appears activated on my account but is not on the laptop.
PLEASE HELP.
