Im trying to activate Trados Studio 2021. This was previously downloaded on a different device, but has already been removed and deactivated from the previous device. On my profile the license shows as available with 0 users. I have downloaded the License Server Manager and Trados software. Each time I try to activate trados and enter the license code I get an activation failed message. I'm not sure where I can go from here?
