I could not find any account associated with your e-mail address. Have you tried deactivating the license from Help - Product activation or from your RWS account, Products and Plans - Licenses?

Sorry for my late reply. Yes, we tried both from Trados itself, and also using the RWS account.
As for the email, we changed our domain this year - maybe that's the reason why you cannot find any account associated to us? Is there a way to send me direct message, so we can solve this?
