Thank you, but unfortunately it seems that I did not properly deactivated the license before changes the PC and now I don't have the needed Activation Certificate. I need real support and help here :/ How can I get in touch with someone from the support contact center? Is that even possible to do? 

What if I reset the license and make it to stop working on the other PC too? Then I won't be able  to work at all. Which i cannot do :/

Thank you. I will for sure buy a support contract after I solve this issue and after I upgrade the license to trados 2024, because now i use trados 2019 and customer prefer Trados 2022/24

Makes sense as you not only get the priority support but also all upgrades included, so if you want to stay up to date the cost isn't much different to paying just for the upgrades!
