Thank you. I will for sure buy a support contract after I solve this issue and after I upgrade the license to trados 2024, because now i use trados 2019 and customer prefer Trados 2022/24

Makes sense as you not only get the priority support but also all upgrades included, so if you want to stay up to date the cost isn't much different to paying just for the upgrades!
