Trouble with activation

Hi, I am trying to activate  my Trados 2019 license on a new computer but I keep getting this error message: “Activation Failed Message - Could not connect to Activation server (403) Forbidden.” And when I try to do an offline activation, every time I enter my activation code the window disappears and it says: "The requested service is not available: Sdl.Desktop.Platform.Services.ITelemetryService." Can someone please help me?

  • I would very much appreciate if you could help me (log a support case) also with my primary problem which made me trying to reactivate my Studio 2019. About a month ago, I bought a new machine and Studio 2024. Everything worked swiftly and smoothly until about a week ago. Not having installed anything since the previous day when I used the software, Studio 2024 started to crash on startup, in the splash screen phase. No workarounds I was able to find here worked. So currently I can only use Studio 2019 with a trial licence as I am unable to activate my proper licence. I have one deadline after another and the shrinking number of the 2019 trial licence days remaining makes me pretty nervous. Please, help.
