Unable to Activate Trados Studio 2024 Freelance Plus License After Changing Computers

Hi everyone,

I recently purchased a license for Trados Studio 2024 Freelance Plus. However, after changing my computer, I’ve been facing issues with activating the software.

Each time I try to activate the license using the activation code I received, the software client shows a failure message. When I check my account on the RWS website, it shows that the activation code has been used. This has happened three times already.

Now, I’ve received a notification stating that the license can only be reset three times per year. As a result, I am unable to use Trados Studio, nor can I reset the license anymore.

I’m not sure what steps to take from here. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
