Trouble with Trados Studio Freelance - 12 month subscription

I purchased a Trados Studio Freelance - 12 month subscription, but cannot get it to work.
I cannot activate it as it keeps telling "Your cloud account has reached the maximum number of registered devices for the current subscription.."
I have deactivated and uninstalled the software on all devices except for 1 laptop. Even then I am getting the same problem.

I need help urgently as I cannot do any work.
