Error message after upgrading Trados 2021 freelance to Trados 2024, it doesn´t open

I just purchased and installed Trados 2024 as an upgrade from Trados 2021 freelance plus. After I managed to enter my account and activation code (which was not easy), I downloaded some apps from the AppStore, and when I rebooted to finish the installation I got the following error message:

Error dialog box with a red 'X' icon indicating 'Service 'Sdl.Desktop.Platform.CommandBars.IActionService' could not be started'. Buttons for 'Knowledge Base' and 'Community' are visible, along with an 'Accept' button.

And I have not been able to re-open the program. Fortunately the previous version still works, and I can continue to work, but I find it unbelievable that I paid for the upgrade and it won't even start the second time.

Please, I need a solution as soon as possible.
