I would like to confirm some information related to this post.

Before similar situations happened a few times, problems are solved by Trados support teams.

Now we have 1 purchased Studio 2021 license, since the support of Studio 2021 will end this year (2024), if we have the same problem in the future, can we still log a case to request license reset support from Trados support teams?

(Background information: We upgrade computer or laptop in a interval of 1~2 year, every time when we use the new facility and encounter similar situation.)
