I can't log in to Language Cloud as it shows an error message

Hello everyone, 

as mentioned in the title, the Language Cloud pops up an error message "authentication failed" than then goes into a loop. I'd like to use it since Trados 2022 constantly fails to recognize my own PC and I have to delete it from activated devices and relink it over and over again. Therefore, I have to currently use a trial version of Trados, which is extremely limited and frankly not what I paid for.
