Bought, paid and installed the Studio 2024 version last week, but it does not appear on the list of my licences.
Cannot activate, because cannot find the Installation ID.

Please process the upgrade from your RWS account, Products and Plans - Licenses, https://oos.sdl.com/asp/products/ssl/account/mylicenses/licenses.aspx
Then the activation code for Trados 2024 will appear.

Does this mean that my 2022 version will no longer work?
You purchased an upgrade, not a separate 2024 license. Trados 2022 will continue to work as long as it is installed on the same PC as Trados 2024 but we cannot guarantee its functioning long term.

The trouble is that the upgrade I bought last week does not appear in Licences.
There is one Upgrade available - to the 2022 version!
The latest purchase/licence dates that appear are from 2023.
EDIT: I got the confirmation about payment received.
