1) I want to deactivate my trados in order to install it on a new computer.
2) can't do it online. No option is available.
3) I don't have access to my old computer.
4) I entered my license number but it didn't work.
5) I saw in my account online that I have only one license and I cannot deactivate it.
6) I want you to help me so #4 can work.
