1) I want to deactivate my trados in order to install it on a new computer.
2) can't do it online. No option is available.
3) I don't have access to my old computer.
4) I entered my license number but it didn't work.
5) I saw in my account online that I have only one license and I cannot deactivate it.
6) I want you to help me so #4 can work.
Please absolutely do not deactivate Trados 2014 if you want to continue to use it. You are not able to move it and you won't be able to use it anymore if you deactivate it.
