Our development team has 5 limited use licenses of 2024 and none of them are accessible now. Our account says they are "in-use" but when I try to use the offline-deactivation option I get an error message. the link directs me here.
We would like all 5 freed up so we can wrap up our plugin testing.

Excellent thank you! I am curious as to why none of the deactivation links work in the console though? My guess is that it is because they are trial licenses?
