I just bought a new laptop because my old one has died. I wanted to activate Trados Studio on the new one, but that doesn't work. I suppose that's because it hasn't been deactivated on the old one first, but since it doesn't work anymore, that is not possible. What should I do? I clicked on "Get an offline activation certificate", but I don't know where to find my installation ID.
