Hi, I have SDL Trados Studio 2009 Freelance, which I have not used in years. I've been trying to activate the licences (of both the aforementioned and the preceeding SDL Trados 2007) which I presumed continued to be active but I receive this message "No information about SDL licenses could be retrieved. Please check your license locations. The license server is either down, not existing or not responding." when I use the Licence Manager, or this one when I insert the licence code retrieved from my SDL account page "Could not contact activation server (Error code 50003)". Any assistance would be much appreciated.
