I am trying to activate Trados 2019 on my new PC. I was able to properly deactivate the Trados on my old PC. The old and the new PCs both have Windows 11 Pro. During online activation of Trados on my new PC I keep getting error message: “Activation Failed Message - Could not connect to Activation server (403) Forbidden.” When I try to do an offline activation I get: "The requested service is not available: Sdl.Desktop.Platform.Services.ITelemetryService." just after I enter activation code. I have seen that user Carolyn Park has same issue and that Case Id : 00870385 ticket was open, but there is no reply. I already checked if VMI is working properly (following Article Number:000001361 in the Knowledge base) and I couldn't found an issue. Could you please help me?
