I am unable to install Trados Studios 2022 iin my computer. I've tried absolutely everything. I want my money back since it is not working. How do I get refunded?

I've noticed that yesterday you have purchased a 2024 Trados license.
Please advise have you downloaded the installer for Trados 2024 from your RWS account--> Downloads tab? For the activation you just need to copy paste the license code located on your RWS account--> Licenses tab.
As Walter mentioned below, screenshots may also be helpful if you receive any error message.

I even had an IT person working on this and he tried for over 90 minutes and we were not able to install it. I get this message right at the beginning of the instalation.
