We would like to help, but you would need to provide some more details about what is going wrong when you try to install the software.
What error message do you get?
Screenshots may also be helpful.
I've noticed that yesterday you have purchased a 2024 Trados license.
Please advise have you downloaded the installer for Trados 2024 from your RWS account--> Downloads tab? For the activation you just need to copy paste the license code located on your RWS account--> Licenses tab.
As Walter mentioned below, screenshots may also be helpful if you receive any error message.

I even had an IT person working on this and he tried for over 90 minutes and we were not able to install it. I get this message right at the beginning of the instalation.
I think I rather get my money back since, I had to reject a project because I don't have Trados this week.
I have requested the refund of my purchase and you guys are ignorning me completely:
