Reinstalling Trados after a Windows crash

Hello everyone,

Windows crashed on my PC, so I had to reinstall Windows and I need to reinstall all my software - including SDL Studio 2019 and Multiterm 2019.

When I log in to my RWS account, I can see my license:

Users : 1

In Use : 1

But I don't kow how to activate it on my PC. When I install Trados they ask for an activation code. I entered my license number but it did not work.

Would you have a solution?
