Hello everybody 
I can't deactivate my Trados 2918 licence to use it on another PC. When I try to do it, I get the following error:
“Deactivation failed. Could not connect to the activation server. Check the activation server address in the provider settings. - The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden.”
A reset and a subsequent offline deactivation didn't work. Could anyone please help me?

Hello! I have the same problem. I request help to deactivate my license, so I can reactivate it on another of my devices.
