Hello,
How can I deactivate my Trados 2019 license to use it on another of my devices? When I try to do it, I get the following error:
“Deactivation failed. Could not connect to the activation server. Check the activation server address in the provider settings. - The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden.”
I kindly request assistance. Thanks in advance for your help.
