Hi,
I need to install and activate Trados 2017 but I keep getting this Error message - Activation Failed Message - Could not connect to Activation server (403) Forbidden, can you please help me.

I tried following the steps in the link sent by email (https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000001383) but when I paste the license the popup close and i get this error:
