You can only reset your license 3 times within 12 months, it appears you have exceeded this limitation and the option to reset your license is no longer available.

I experienced issues with my computer this year and I am unable to reset my license on my own because I have exceeded the limit of 3 resets in 12 months. I'm using Trados Studio 2022 SR2 - 17.2.11.19134.
