Hi,
I'm contacting you because Windows crashed on my PC and I have to reinstall all my software, including Trados Studio 2019 and Multiterm 2019.
When I log in to my RWS account, I can see my license and the following info:
Users : 1
In Use : 1
But I don't know how to activate my license on my PC. They ask for an activation code. I entered my license number but it did not work.
Can you please help?
