Online/offline deactivation Trados 2019

Hello,

I am strill struggling with the deactivation of my licence whether it is online Error 403 appears, No proxy problem, as far as I know since my internet connection is fine and my license is in use. 

Offline deactivation does not solve any problem, either. In this case I don't know how to get  the Authorization of Deactivation and then the Deactivation Certificate. Boxes in the dialogue are greyed.

Gabriella sent me the link to the Gateway already and you suggested to open a new case.

Once I succeed in deactivating, I uninstall the application from the old computer, right?

Any useful link to do likewise with Multiterm; please?
