Hello, I just bought a service agreement today as I have a technical issue using my Trados 2024 on my laptop.
1. I used it until today morning and it won't start again although I tried to open it many times.
I have to deliver the translated file for my client's review. Please provide a technical support as soon as possible (by today November 4 US time).
I can't open my translated file on my cloud account on the Trados 2024 program. At first, the file was not downloaded on the program and later the program itself won't open.
2. I have to download the file for client's review as SDL XLIFF file. I don't know how to export the file as the format to the client. If I choose Export, the file format is pdf (original file)
and now I can't even try it because the program won't work. Please help!!
