I have SDL Trados Studio 2019 Freelance Plus with a license that I can use on 2 computers, a desktop and a laptop.
I bought a new desktop with Windows 11 and want to transfer my license to it.
I have installed the program but I can’t reset the license as instructed.

where it says I should see 'Reset License' next to my license
But on the page with my orders I do not see this button.
Only Can't activate online and Can't deactivate online.
I've spoken to the online help and they sent me here for assistance, so I hope someone can help me!
