I purchased a 12 month subscription for Studio 2024 on October 28th
But I am unable to activate as it does not appear when I click on Subscription in the activation window.

You have both a 2024 subscription and a license. The subscription is blocked because you purchased a new subscription instead of a renewal. We will log a case for you and this should get solved soon. To avoid this in the future, please contact trados@rws.com for a renewal and do not order from the website. If you want to use your perpetual license, the license code is in your RWS account, Products and Plans - Licenses.
