hello,
We have 6 SDL Trados Studio 2021 licenses and we were using 5 of them. We needed to deactivate one license out of the 5 in use. We successfully deactivated the license on the laptop but the SDL website still shows 5 licenses in use whereas it should be 4 licenses in use now.
Could you please reset one license from the backend. We have total 6 licenses but at the moment only 4 are in use.
