I uninstalled Studio 2021 and it still shows as "in use". Also, I need my Studio 2024 activation key. It was purchased and paid, but doesn't show in my account.

I do all that, but I receive the following pop-up message: In order to process this upgrade, please return any use activations. But, I did uninstalled the 2021 version and restarted my computer (3x)...

I tried, and get this: The Log a Case button is currently not available to you as your Support Contract is showing as expired in our system.
