Error in remote server (403) Forbidden

Question

Hello, I am having an error in my SDL Trados Studio 2019 SR2 15.2.8.3007 software, while using the F8 key to do a verification, so I tried to deactivate my license to repair my installation, noticing that when I click the deactivate button I get the following error "Deactivation Error... Error in remote server (403) Forbidden". This problem started after an automatic Windows 11 update. Would you please help me to solve this problem?.
