Every time starting Trados studio, it asks to enter e-mail address in the "Trados studio Setup" window

Question

After upgrading to Trados studio pro 2024, every time starting Trados studio, it asks to enter e-mail address in the "Trados studio Setup" window and press Finish. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but the problem persists. How to solve this problem?
