Yesterday I downloaded the upgrade to Trados 2024 in order to work on a cloud project shared by my customer.
I got a special ID from my customer for this.
The problem is that when I log in with the customer's ID, I receive an error message regarding the license and Trados closes automatically
The message states "License has been deactivated" and Trados Studio will be closed".
The IT manager of the translation agency that assigned me the project says that my Subscription license is apparently connected to my "normal" RWS ID, for this reason the Subscription with the customer's account doesn't work when I'm logged in with an RWS ID different from mine.
So there seems to be a technical problem related to Trados.
Anyone could please give an advice on how to solve this problem?
