I encountered an issue with my computer, which prevented me from deactivating my license beforehand. After reinstalling Trados and Multiterm, I now find myself without a license to activate.
I have already followed the steps provided to other users facing a similar issue. However, the "Connected Devices" tab under "Manage Account" does not appear in my profile.
Could you please advise me on how to proceed?
