We want to migrate Trados Studio 2021 Freelance Plus to another computer following Moving Trados Studio to a new computer.
But we cannot deactivate the license. We don't have Trados account at the time buying it. The account which is used to write this post is freshly signed up.
We have internet connection of the computer and have tried both with and without VPN/proxy, but with no luck.
