Update and install new version 2024

Question

Hello, 
 
 We have actually the 2021 version of Trados Studio, more precisely this one: 
 xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx - SDL Trados Studio 2021 Professional (Network SN) 
 
 The issue is that we have purchase the 2024 license and want to update. I have been able to download the new versions, but I am not able to update the licenses, because it shows me an error message:

How can I solve this? 
 And how do I install correctly this updates on our servers?

HI Dani Busquets 
 
 To process the upgrade from your 2021 version to the 2024 one please follow the below steps 
 
 Log in into your RWS account 
 Click on Products&Plans - Licenses 
 Click on the blue ribbon that holds the message 'You have 1 upgrade available' 
 On the page that appears click on Upgrade button again 
 Once all done return to licenses tab where the 2024 license code will appear.
