Please process the upgrade from your account, Products and Plans - Licenses https://oos.sdl.com/asp/products/ssl/account/mylicenses/licenses.aspx
Trados 2024 can be downloaded from your account, Products and Plans - Downloads. You cannot activate Trados 2024 with a Trados 2021 code, so please process the upgrade beforehand.
