Unable to desactivate my licence Trados Studio 2021

Hello everyone!

I'm having problems deactivating my licence on my old laptop. I tried to desactivate it online and offline, without success.

I have reset the licence on my RWS account and now it is marked as "available" but I cannot use it on my new laptop and I can still access Trados Studio 2021 on my old one.

Could you please kindly advise?
