When trying to activate my license. i get an error message. See screenshot. The license is available in my account, I am connected to Internet. Please help.
Kindly try to activate offline your license following the steps from this article: Solution Article: Offline activation and deactivation of a Single User License for Trados Studio/ Passolo/ Trados Business Manager Lite.
