Cannot start Trados Studio 2024 after reinstall

Question

I had to reinstall Trados Studio 2024 professional on my Windows 11 pro machine, but now it doesn't start at all. It crashed during startup while showing the splash screen. 
 I've tried to use the Freshstart App, to rename all xml files in the folder C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Trados\Trados Studio\Studio18, but to no avail. 
 The license has already been reset from my account on www.rws.com, I just need to understand whey Trados doesn't start up anymore. 
 This is very urgent, so any help is more than welcome.
